Eva Nygård is currently the Vice President of Finance and Control for Projects, Drilling, and Procurement at Equinor, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they had an extensive tenure at Statoil from 2005 to 2012, where they served in various roles including Corporate Controller and Head of Finance and Control. Nygård began their career as a Research Officer at Rogalandsforskning from 1989 to 1990. They hold a Master’s degree in Economics and a lower degree in Anthropology from the University of Oslo, earned between 1982 and 1988.
