Farhad Askari

Farhad Askari has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Principal Consultant and Innovation Leader at Equinor since February 2003. Askari's expertise encompasses corporate trainee and graduate programs, onboarding processes, and stakeholder management, along with coordination of the Young in Equinor network and the development of workshops and e-learning. Prior to Equinor, Askari worked as a Senior HR Consultant and Expatriate Affairs Manager at Statoil from October 2003 to December 2006. Askari holds a Master of Management degree in "Samspill og Ledelse" from Handelshøyskolen BI, obtained between 2009 and 2010.
