Frode Risa

Frode Risa has significant experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operation for Gullfaks C and Tordis at Equinor since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing safe, efficient, and sustainable operations along with financial results. Prior roles at Equinor include Vice President of Operation for Gullfaks B, Manager of Improvement & Resources, and Manager of Regularity Management Exploration & Development Norway, where Frode contributed to various operational and organizational improvements. Before joining Equinor, Frode worked at Statoil from August 1998 to November 2017, holding positions such as Platform Manager for the Valemon field, Manager of the Operational group, and leading the integration of Statoil and Hydro organizations. Additional roles included offshore operation and maintenance leadership, as well as engineering positions.
