Hilde Røed

Hilde Røed is a seasoned professional in sustainability and climate leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Climate & Sustainability at Equinor since July 2017, having previously held the role of Vice President of Sustainability. Prior experience includes positions at Statoil from January 2012 to December 2016, where Hilde Røed was both Project Leader and Principal Consultant in Sustainability. Prior to that, Hilde Røed worked at DNB as a Senior Adviser from 2008 to 2011 and as Project Manager/Corporate Communications Adviser from 2001 to 2006, starting as a corporate trainee. Additional experience includes working as Project Coordinator for Business Outreach at UNDP in 2007. Hilde Røed holds a Master of Arts in Society, Science and Technology in Europe and Political Science from the University of Oslo, a Master of Management module in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Cand. mag. in Political Science and Government from the University of Oslo.
