Iris Kam is an experienced management professional currently serving as a Management Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Drilling & Well at Equinor since April 2018. In the role of Lead Product Owner for Digital Well Delivery, Iris successfully led agile product development teams focused on digitalizing well planning software and standardizing data catalogues. Previous positions include Assistant Drilling Supervisor aboard Transocean Endurance and Drilling and Well Engineer at the International Research Institute of Stavanger, contributing to advanced modeling for well flow and drill string dynamics. Additionally, Iris has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Stavanger and held engineering roles at Halliburton and ExxonMobil. Iris holds a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
