Jan Addicks is an experienced Construction and Commissioning Manager currently leading the construction and commissioning of a new waste water plant at the oil terminal in Sture, Norway. They previously held various technical and managerial roles at Equinor, including leading engineering teams for offshore wind and oil projects. Jan's extensive background also includes significant contributions to Shell's CO2 capture projects and engineering initiatives for cleaner oil and gas production. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree from Technische Universität Berlin.
