Jarle Rød

Jarle Rød is currently a Quality & Risk Manager for offshore wind projects at Equinor, overseeing initiatives like Utsira Nord and Sørlige Nordsjø II. They previously held various HSE advisory roles at companies such as Aker Drilling, BP, and ConocoPhillips, contributing to safety and environmental health in oil and gas operations. Jarle completed a BSc in Production Technology from Høgskolen i Bergen and an MSc in Asset Management focusing on Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger. Their early career included an apprenticeship at Norsk Hydro, where they gained foundational knowledge in chemistry and processes.
