John Rodgers is an Environmental Compliance Manager currently overseeing the construction of the Empire Wind I marine offshore wind farm at the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. They have extensive experience in environmental permitting and compliance, having held senior positions at notable companies such as AECOM, Tetra Tech, and NV5 from 2006 to 2023. John has worked on numerous pipeline and infrastructure projects across the United States, where they provided guidance and conducted environmental training. With a Bachelor of Science in Geology from William & Mary, John continues to contribute to the field through their current role.
