Jonathan Kuronen is an Enterprise Agile transformation coach with extensive experience in Agile portfolio management and team coaching. Currently, they work at Equinor, where they ramp up Early Phase & Field Development to enhance strategy execution. Jonathan has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and implementing workflow improvements, having previously founded Sound Vision LTD in Hong Kong, which became the largest seller of car electronics on Tradera. They hold multiple Agile certifications and have also contributed to major organizations like ING and BNP Paribas Fortis in their Agile transformations. Jonathan pursued business management and performance management education at IHM Business School between 2013 and 2016.
