Karin Ask

Karin Ask is currently a Senior Advisor for Corporate Reserves at Equinor, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they held various roles in the petroleum industry, including Department Manager of Reservoir Geophysics at Statoil and Senior Geophysicist at Schlumberger Geco-Prakla. Karin has a Master’s degree in Petroleum Prospecting from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from the University of Gothenburg. Throughout their career, they have focused on managing petroleum resources and reserves accounting at the corporate level.
