Lars Mølster is currently the Head of the Program Management Office for the NexUs Program at Equinor, overseeing significant business transformations within the company. From 2022 to 2024, Lars served as a Controller for Equinor's shipping and downstream IT portfolio. Previously, Lars held various leadership roles at Statoil, including Vice President of Risk Management and Finance, and contributed to the global Finance, Risk and Analysis organization in Oil Trading. Lars began their career at SpareBank 1 SR-Finans as a Product Manager and has an educational background with a Master’s in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
