Lee Rutherford has extensive experience in the offshore wind sector, particularly in operations and maintenance (O&M) and troubleshooting. Currently, Lee works at Equinor in offshore O&M since December 2019. Prior to this role, Lee held multiple positions at 3sun Group, focusing on service and inspection of Siemens and MHI Vestas turbines, offshore installations for the Aberdeen Bay project, and inspections on floating wind turbines. Lee's background also includes roles in mechanical installations and pre-assembly for various projects, along with experience at Nordex and Windhoist Australia. Lee's education includes studies at Norham Community Technology College and Tyne Metropolitan College.
