Lene Olsson currently serves as the Head of People and Leadership at Equinor FLX since April 2020, bringing extensive experience from a previous role as an HR Leader at Statoil from January 2008 to April 2020. In addition to this, Lene held positions as a Senior Consultant in Reward, focusing on executive compensation within Corporate Human Resources, and as a Senior Consultant in Pension and Insurance. Lene also contributed to Stiftelsen Statoils barnehager as the Deputy Chairman of the Board from 2010 until December 2015. Lene's academic background includes studies at the University of Bergen from 1996 to 2004 and further education at York Association.
