Malgorzata Pytel

Malgorzata Pytel currently serves as the Head of HR for Equinor in Poland, where responsibilities include aligning business strategy with HR strategy within the Renewables Business Area. Prior to this role, Malgorzata consulted on HR matters and held various positions at Inchcape Polska, including HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner, contributing significantly to the establishment and growth of HR structures from start-up to a shared services model. Malgorzata's earlier career includes positions at CMS Cameron McKenna and Hogan Lovells, both international law firms. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Warsaw and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
