Mari Grini

Mari Grini is a skilled cybersecurity and technology leader currently serving as the Manager of Technology and Competence Centre Leader for Security Infrastructure and Connectivity at Equinor. Since 2024, Mari has focused on developing competence needs and managing team performance while participating in Equinor's cybersecurity improvement program. Previously, Mari held positions such as Head of Security Operations at Storebrand and Security Manager at Oda, along with various roles in security at Equinor and Telenor. Mari holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Management from Handelshøyskolen BI.
