Michael Chen

Michael Chen is a senior international energy executive with nearly two decades of experience in global stakeholder management, strategic investment, and regulatory affairs. They have held positions at Equinor as a Senior Business Director and in various roles including Lead Strategy Advisor & Originator. Michael has also contributed to esteemed organizations such as the International Energy Agency, OECD, and the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, where they serve as a Senior Visiting Fellow. Currently, they are a member of the Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review and pursue studies at UCL and Lancaster University.
