Mina Aase

Mina Aase is a Manager of Business Development in Responsible AI at Equinor, where they serve as Lead Engineer applying a Human Centered Design approach. Mina's role focuses on enabling the workforce to effectively engage with AI while ensuring its trustworthiness in compliance with emerging regulations. They hold a B.Sc. in Geology and Climate Change, an M.Sc. in Geology and Petroleum Science from the University of Bergen, and an Executive MBA in Strategy and Leadership. Previously, Mina worked as a Lead Engineer and Data Analyst in various projects at Equinor, and they accumulated extensive geology experience during their time with Statoil.
