Nahed Cherfa

Nahed Cherfa has extensive experience in the renewable energy and gas sectors, currently serving as the Head of HSE, Security, and ESG for Onshore Renewables at Equinor, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nahed held various positions at Statoil from January 2006 to December 2010, including Senior Business Developer, where responsibility included assessing the commercial feasibility of opportunities in North Africa, the East Mediterranean, and Europe. Nahed has also served as a Lawyer and as the UK Policy and Regulatory Affairs Manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills while managing a team of analysts focused on gas and power markets, further developing a deep understanding of market fundamentals.
