Pål Nygaard

Pål Nygaard is a seasoned leader currently serving as the Manager of Operation & Maintenance Rotating Machinery at Equinor. They have a rich background in the oil and energy industry, having held positions such as Manager Process Upstream Rotating Machinery and Senior Planner at Equinor, as well as Project Planner at Reinertsen AS. Pål began their career in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a Petty Officer and later gained experience as a Shipbroker and Ship Operator at Green Reefers ASA. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Business and Logistics from Southampton Solent University.
