Rob Payne

Rob Payne is a Senior Manager in Offshore Wind at Equinor, where they oversee operations and maintenance for offshore wind farms in the UK. Previously, Rob managed asset development and operations for battery energy storage sites, and has contributed to the operational readiness of multiple offshore wind projects in Poland. With a background as an instrumentation engineer, Rob has supported both onshore and offshore asset teams across various roles in different companies, starting as an Apprentice Electrical Technician. Rob studied at Lowestoft College, where they completed their education from 1998 to 2005.
