Rolf Helland

Rolf Helland is a Senior Advisor in Innovation at Equinor, where they have been involved since 2016. Previously, Rolf held various roles at Statoil from 2010 to 2012, including Department Manager for Seismic Imaging and several other leadership positions. Their extensive experience also includes roles at Norsk Hydro from 1993 to 2007, specializing in technology management and seismic interpretation. Rolf began their career as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger and Nordic Offshore Systems from 1989 to 1993. They earned a Cand Scient degree in Geophysics from the University of Bergen in 1988.
