Rune (Rbk) has extensive experience in the energy sector, with a focus on offshore maintenance and project leadership. Currently serving as Project Leader for organization and competence on the Johan Castberg project at Equinor since March 2019, Rune has held various leadership roles at Statoil, including Leader Offshore Maintenance and Leader Operation & Maintenance since 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Kvalitetsleder at Statoil from 2008 to 2013. Educational background includes studies at Nesna University College.
