Sima Jonoud

Sima Jonoud is a Principal Researcher in New Energy at Equinor, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Sima worked at Statoil from 2009 to 2012, where they served as a Senior Researcher and took on various roles as a Senior Reservoir Engineer and Reservoir Engineer. Sima began their academic career as an Assistant Lecturer at Sharif University of Technology from 2006 to 2007. They earned a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London and hold a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering - Petrochemistry from Shiraz University.
