Sindre Risopatron Knutsen

Sindre Risopatron Knutsen is an experienced supply chain manager currently serving as Manager of Supply Chain at Equinor ASA since March 2025. With a tenure at Equinor starting in July 2018, Sindre has held various roles including Procurement Category Manager, Export Cables Manager for the Beacon Offshore Wind Project 1 & 2, and Leading Engineer in Subsea Technology & Operations. Sindre has extensive project management experience, notably as Project Manager for the Subsea Lines Modifications Project, and has responsibilities in marine operations and engineering. Prior work experience includes a senior engineering role at Statoil, where Sindre managed critical projects such as the Norne Gas Export Riser Replacement Project, and a lead engineering position at IKM Testing AS focused on subsea pre-commissioning operations. Sindre holds both a Master's Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stavanger.
