Steinar Berge

Steinar Berge is currently a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy at Equinor, where they are responsible for guiding strategic initiatives. Previously, Steinar held various leadership roles at Equinor, including Head of Floating Offshore Wind, where they shaped the company's global strategy for floating wind concepts. Steinar's career also includes procurement and management positions at Statoil and BKK, as well as internships focused on market analysis. They hold an Executive Master in Organization and Leadership from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and have pursued extensive education, including programs at Harvard Business School and the University of California, Berkeley. Steinar is also a Director and board member at Hywind Scotland Ltd., the world's first commercial floating offshore wind farm.
