Steinar Roland

Steinar Roland has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Equinor University at Equinor since August 2017, where the focus is on designing and delivering learning and training programs. Prior to this role, Steinar held various positions at Statoil from April 2006 to August 2017, including HR Manager for MMP PL Asset Management and HR Leader for Corporate Staffs. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen, a Master’s degree in Political Science from McGill University, and another Master’s degree in Political Science, specializing in EU politics and institutions from the University of Agder.
