Stian With

Stian With has extensive experience in project management and human resources, with a career spanning various roles in notable companies such as Aibel AS, Statoil, and Equinor. At Aibel AS, Stian held the position of Contract Consultant, focusing on corporate framework agreements in facility management, valves, and piping, and later served as a Trainee in Supply Chain Management. In Statoil, responsibilities as Senior Consultant Procurement included managing framework agreements and procurement for various services. Currently, Stian is the Head of Attraction, Recruitment & Induction at Equinor, having previously held the role of Manager People & Leadership. Stian holds a Master of Business Administration from Norges Handelshøyskole, alongside degrees in Economy & Administration from Universitetet i Stavanger and a Bachelor's in Economics/Logistics from Universitetet i Bergen, complemented by a master's exchange experience at the National University of Singapore.
