Sturla Sæther

Sturla Sæther is currently a Lead Researcher at Equinor, where they focus on efficient power and heat production for FPSO projects and cross-sector coupling to enhance renewable energy integration. With extensive experience in energy system analysis, Sturla has worked on gas/steam turbines, boiler systems, and geothermal systems, in addition to conducting studies on concentrated solar power. Prior to Equinor, they held positions at Statoil, Ecoxy AS, and SINTEF, contributing significantly to the energy sector. Sturla is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
