Thiago Lima

Thiago Lima is an IT Project Manager and Product Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas and energy sectors. Currently serving as Principal Digital Engineering at Equinor, Thiago provides business architecture and ERP strategy while leading technical governance across the SAP ecosystem. Previously, they held multiple roles at Capgemini, including SAP Delivery Lead and Engagement Manager, where they managed end-to-end SAP programs and provided quality assurance for initiatives. Thiago began their career as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Rexam, coordinating strategic ERP projects across multiple countries, and holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Estácio.
