Tim Bartlett is currently the US Ecosystems Lead at Equinor, responsible for enhancing value creation through innovation and technology partnerships. With extensive experience in subsea engineering, Tim has held roles such as Technology Scouting - Americas and Leading Engineer, focusing on subsea facilities and HPHT equipment. Prior to Equinor, Tim served as Well Control Development Engineering Manager at TechnipFMC, overseeing a team of engineers, and held various technical leadership positions at FMC Technologies, including HPHT Systems Technical Manager and Technical Lead Product Development. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
