Tom Hindson

Tom Hindson is a Principal Geoscientist at Equinor, where they serve as a Senior Geologist since 2023. With over 10 years of experience in both operator and non-operator roles, Tom previously worked at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) from 2012 to 2020, where they focused on appraisal and development planning for deep water fields, and performed various geoscience tasks such as prospect identification and reservoir simulation. Tom began their career at Barrick Gold Corporation in 2008 as an Exploration Geologist, where they developed drill targets and managed drilling activities. They hold an MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen and a Master of Geology with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of Southampton.
