Tomas Ryberg has a strong background in engineering and project management, currently serving in Green Ship Technology at Equinor since October 2017. Previously, at Statoil from September 2012 to October 2017, Tomas was a Principal Process Engineer, taking on roles such as System Integration Lead and Change Coordinator for the Oseberg Vestflanken 2 project, and System Integration Manager for the Fram H Nord Subsea and Fast Track project. Prior to Statoil, Tomas held the position of Head of Product Engineering at CMR Prototech AS from October 2010 to September 2012 and was a researcher at the same company from September 2006 to August 2010, leading projects related to fuel cells. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Aker Kværner Offshore Partner and Aker Kværner Consultants, as well as an Engineer at SINTEF Energi AS. Tomas holds a Master of Science degree in Energy and Environment from NTNU and completed an exchange program in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich.
