Trond Lien served as Vice President at Equinor in 2021 and held multiple leadership positions at Statoil from 2007 to 2011, including Head of Exploration Global Screening for New Ventures. Prior tothis, they worked at Norsk Hydro Oil & Gas as Project Manager and Advisor in Exploration between 2001 and 2004. Trond completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geology at the University of Bergen from 1990 to 1995.
