Vibeke Talstad is currently the Vice President of Environment Health Safety at Equinor, a position held since 2021. Previously, from 2014 to 2021, they served as HSE Manager for projects at the same company, focusing on project developments in CCS, subsea, renewables, and oil and gas. Prior to Equinor, Vibeke was a Resource Leader for technical safety, working environment, and sustainability at Statoil from 2010 to 2014, overseeing a team of about 35 engineers. They hold a Master's degree in Chemical Process Technology from NTH and are currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH).
