Deborah Praver (Eble) has an extensive background in fitness and entertainment, currently serving as a Senior Fitness Manager for Digital Fitness Solutions at American Specialty Health since May 2021. With experience as a Fitness Professional since January 2000 and a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox Fitness and Crunch Burbank, Deborah specializes in teaching various fitness formats, including "Laugh Your Ass Off." Additionally, Deborah has contributed to the fitness industry as a Comedienne and holds roles such as Creator, Choreographer, and Technical Choreographer for various projects, including "Fit to be Bride" and the "Points Plus System" workout series. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from California State University, Long Beach, from 1984 to 1987.
