Eric Kay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, management, and coaching across various industries. Currently serving as a Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox since November 2025, Eric previously held roles as Account Manager for the National Team at 4Wall Entertainment and Program Director & Varsity Head Coach for Boys Volleyball at Calabasas High School. Eric has also worked as Head Coach for Boys Volleyball at SoCal Legends VBC and managed rental operations in the TV and film sector with Illuminar LLC and RatPac Controls. Eric began a career in sports sales as an Account Executive with the Philadelphia 76ers and held multiple sales roles with the LA Clippers and Equinox. Eric’s early career included teaching physical education at Kadima Day School and developing engaging curriculums for young students. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge.
