Eric R. Heller

Eric R. Heller is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and finance matters. Currently serving as Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Equinox since May 2021, Heller oversees legal affairs for a portfolio that includes Equinox Fitness Clubs, Equinox Hotels, and various lifestyle brands. Previously, Heller held the position of Assistant General Counsel at WarnerMedia from February 2008 to December 2018, contributing to one of the world's leading media companies encompassing HBO and Warner Bros. Earlier in Heller's career, an associate role at Debevoise & Plimpton involved advising on aircraft lease refinancings and related restructuring. Heller earned a Doctor of Law degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with distinction from Yale University.
