Gerald Williams

Gerald Williams is an Assistant General Manager at Equinox and has extensive experience in talent development and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Gerald previously worked at Wayfair for six years, where they held various management roles focused on employee performance and learning initiatives. They have contributed to significant DEIB initiatives, including the creation of the Bias Analyzer Tool and the Wayfair Culture Ambassador program. Gerald holds a Master’s degree in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University.
