Jordan Rait is the Director of Development & Entitlements at Equinox, having progressed through several roles in the company since starting as a Development & Entitlements Coordinator in 2014. Prior to Equinox, Jordan served as a Project Manager for Special Inspections at Milrose Consultants, Inc. and as an Assistant Project Manager at BR Design Associates. Currently, Jordan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Ithaca College and a Master of Science in Real Estate at New York University.
