Kate Willson

Kate Willson is an accomplished fitness and wellness professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and brand development. Currently serving as the Group Fitness Manager at Equinox since May 2019 and the Director of Operations/Talent Recruitment at Radiant Mind Body since March 2021, Kate Willson has also founded Kate Willson Wellness, focusing on retreats, workshops, and mindful wellness experiences since September 2014. Additional roles include Fitness Teacher at Exhale Spa and past General Manager of the Venice studio location, where responsibilities encompassed management, marketing, and revenue generation. With a background in brand consulting and business development across various industries, Kate Willson holds a BA in Theatre Arts and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
