Roxanne Chaves

Roxanne Chaves is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a robust background in managing procurement operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Procurement at Equinox since August 2014, Roxanne oversees procurement for new club build-outs, focusing on equipment and supplies, and providing concentrated support for Construction and Operations. Previously, Roxanne held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager at The Children's Place, where responsibilities included managing the Non Merchandise Sourcing Department. Roxanne's earlier roles also encompass Purchasing Manager at VIRA Manufacturing, Inc., where negotiations and vendor qualification were key responsibilities, and Manufacturing Manager at The Spring Air Company, marked by close collaboration with production teams and customer service for large clients.
