Sherry Catlin

Sherry Catlin is a seasoned professional in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, with over three decades of experience. As the founder of Innerfit Solutions since May 2008, Sherry specializes in optimal health, energy and performance, weight management, and healthy aging. In addition, Sherry serves as president of Sherry Catlin & Associates, providing consulting services across the industry. Sherry has held various roles, including fitness professional at Equinox and vice president director of program development and education at Body Bar Systems. Sherry has also been an influential presenter and speaker at numerous fitness conferences and organizations, including DCAC Fitness Conference, ECA East Coast Alliance, and the Russian Aerobics Federation. Sherry holds educational credentials from Syracuse University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
