Vicky Efstathiou

Vicky Efstathiou is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in group exercise and dance instruction. Currently a Group Fitness and Zumba Instructor at Equinox since September 2017, Vicky also teaches Zumba at LA DANCEFIT STUDIO and previously held positions at The Bay Club Company and UFC GYM. With a career spanning over two decades, Vicky has held various teaching roles, including a dance teacher and choreographer at Z dance by Vicky and a fitness instructor at Fitness Fun and Universal. Vicky's education includes numerous certifications in Zumba, Bokwa, Masala Bhangra, and various dance styles, reflecting a strong commitment to continuing professional development in the fitness industry.
