Jon Frederick

Jon Frederick is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Equip Outdoor Technologies Ltd., where they oversee marketing strategies. Previously, they served as the US Country Manager for Rab from 2018 to 2023 and held the position of North American Marketing Manager at Rab USA, LLC from 2014 to 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Manager at Bent Gate Mountaineering from 2007 to 2014. Jon holds a BA in Outdoor Recreation Management and an Associates degree in Graphic Design from Western Washington University, which they completed in 2005.
