Bridget Lavigne

Bridget Lavigne, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Clinical Talent Acquisitions Partner at Equip, starting in June 2024. Previously, Bridget held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Uno Health, where significant accomplishments included building the talent acquisition function for a Series A health-tech start-up and successfully hiring over 50 employees within a four-month timeframe. Prior to that, Bridget worked as a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition at Oak Street Health, successfully hiring over 300 employees in 2021. Bridget's earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources/Recruiting Director at Physician Housecalls, LLC, and Human Resources Generalist at Forte and Tablada, Inc., with initial work as a Food Server at City Cafe. Bridget holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Louisiana State University.
