Marisa Cicco, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Equip, where they focus on enhancing hiring processes for national and global organizations. Previously, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EDCare, exceeding hiring goals in a multi-state treatment facility, and held roles including Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist at Moffitt Cancer Center. Marisa has expertise in recruitment strategy, process optimization, and community engagement, and is dedicated to fostering equity and reducing bias in hiring practices.
