Tamara Redmond

Tamara Redmond is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Equip, where they leverage their extensive experience in Agile Product Management to understand user needs and communicate effectively with engineering teams. They held previous roles at Evolent Health as Director of Product Management, where they managed a value-based technology platform and led significant technology initiatives, and at Ready, where they oversaw the development of an internal electronic medical record system. Earlier in their career, Tamara worked as a Consultant at Optum360, where they managed client relationships and contributed to eLearning module creation. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and two Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, as well as a program in Global Health Technologies from the University of Cape Town.
