About the founders:

▶️ Ｊｏｍｉｒｋａ - Of Haitian descent, born in Montreal and has been a real estate enthusiast from a young age. Having had a career in the fashion industry, she has an eye for detail and develops marketing strategies that highlight the architectural and differentiating features of a property. Her priority is to provide customized customer service that exceeds her clients' expectations.

▶️ Ｓｈａｚａｌ - born in Bangladesh, a true Montrealer at heart since the age of 10. With a rich 15 years of corporate experience, he is the go-to guy for data, numbers and statistics. Curious by nature, he is not afraid to think outside the box to find creative solutions. This makes him an outstanding negotiator when it comes to getting the best results for buyers and sellers.

The story behind the name:

"Ｍａｉｓｏｎ" 🏠
▶️ A nod to high fashion houses or "Maisons", where renowned designers create pieces that disrupt and revolutionize dress codes. Just as Maison Misha aims to bring an innovative dimension to real estate.

"ＭＩＳＨＡ"
▶️ From our names: MI = jo𝑴𝑰rka, SHA = 𝑺𝑯𝑨zal.

We compliment each other's strengths and our clients benefit from double the support, double the expertise and double the creativity when they entrust their real estate projects to us.

Thus, our mission is to introduce you to the power of real estate and all the doors it can open. We strive to turn every real estate transaction into a seamless, personalized and rewarding experience. From the design of a personalized plan to the execution of every step, we take care of everything!
