Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is the President and CEO of EquipmentFX Ventures and a Business & Technology Strategist with extensive experience in the equipment industry. They have held leadership roles at Johnson Machinery Company, where they directed operations, significantly increased profitability, and pioneered a digital marketing plan. Previously, at CLM Equipment Company, they managed day-to-day operations and led process restructuring efforts to improve sales and service efficiency. Stephen currently pursues a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications at the University of Washington, building on a foundational BS in Communications from the same institution.
