Ken McKenna started their career in 2009 at Kasey Construction as a Payroll Manager, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined the New York Yacht Club as part of the Operations team and remained there until 2013. In 2014, Ken joined AG Salesworks as a Sales Development Representative, where they generated potential sales opportunities for clients. Later in 2014, they were internally promoted to prospect for sister company QuotaFactory, targeting specific industries and engaging with decision makers. In 2015, Ken joined EquipNet as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Senior Account Executive, overseeing international teams and implementing sales and marketing strategies. In 2022, they became the Corporate Relationship Manager and the Director of Electronics and Semiconductor Sales at EquipNet.

Ken McKenna completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general business, from Salve Regina University. Ken attended Salve Regina University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Niskayuna High School from 2007 to 2010, but did not obtain any degrees or specialize in any field of study during that time. Ken McKenna does not have any additional certifications.
